About Chalkurites
ps. this page is more less out dated, please bear with me til’ I fix it (the content is mostly okay though, just the chalku-creation areas are in need of slight revamp)
Chalkurites are an original species that I feature in my sci-fi story PSION, and that I sometimes translate to other works for fun.
I affectionally call them ‘Space Werewolves’…because they’re that, sort of. Blue, giant, hungry fur-less werewolves. They’re myth of the werewolf twisted into hideous slimy proportions of astounding power and prophetic proportions. (no, they’re really only werewolves at a glance and just because of the ‘transforming into man eating monster horror’. these guys are a tad different)
You’ll mostly know about them from the stuff I post about Pint, the (sometimes) kiddie that happens to be a chalku himself.
You can look for chalkurites under the tags of chalkurite, lore, psion, and worldbuilding
Chalkurite creation:
Content of Chalkurite Characters:
Pint: Among main characters. He’s a masked chalkurite who patterned into the form of a child under the care Roxanne Gaillard’s care, a scientist whose line of work is invested in the research of chalkurites and applications of chalkum. He turns into a very relevant character as the story progresses and a way to explore chalkurites. For stuff about him, look under Pint tags.
Some posts about him:
what his mask means or something like that
surly personality and how he’s with friends
his big ugly belly scar he acquires around teenage years
reacting to pretty space mommas
a little outdated age chart reference
ponies and a whole lotta info on characters
Distinguishing between his canon self and Umba Pint AU
- NOTE: He shares alternate universe forms, though these are fairly loyal to his personality. Most notorious is Umbagog Pint, a real world variant set in a zombie apocalypse setting. You can look him under the ‘Umba Pint’ tag
Floyd: Look under Floyd tags
I’ll post about other characters in time.
